If rejected, a reason will be emailed. Save checks for 30 days before marking VOID and shredding.

After nearly 1 year of banking with Share advantage I can personally attest to phenominal customer service, timely response to emailed requests for guidence, account issues and general questions and answered calls on no more than 2 rings. I had banked with my former credit union for over 30 years and upon notice that they were going through a name change and assurance that nothing else would change, everything changed. The most significant and immediate change was a reduction in timely and proficient customer service at the drive-thru window, teller lines inside and forget recieving a call back
