I was honestly surprised they were able to help at all. At this point in time I had been trying to get help with roadside assistance, my car wouldn't start, and they bailed on after just attempting a jump. Kelley's was right next to the hotel I was staying at so I walked to them. They said they were understaffed, but by noon they had told me they got my car running again. They were nice people and swiftly helped me out in a pinch. Replaced my car's starter with a brand new one and didn't add any extra fees for doing the work swiftly.

We were on our way from Knoxville, TN to Gulf Shores Beach to camp with our travel trailer. On Friday afternoon we over heated so got off interstate and came to the closest place this family owned business. So glad that we came here. The guy there was slammed but stop everything to help us and get us back on the road. Literally, saved our vacation. It was so hot outside, so He let us and our 2 dogs wait in the AC lobby while he made repairs. Thank you so much.

Incredible service, kindness and professionalism! Our truck was giving an Overheat Alert on a long trip so we stopped by Kelley Service Center. They were able to examine our truck right then and there and make a recommendation. The gentlemen were so kind and helpful, I don’t know what we would have done without them!!! We highly recommend them!!!

These guys are so genuinely helpful and friendly. We were in the middle of traveling with 4 kids in an RV when the check engine light started blinking and engine wasn't running right. I called a few places trying to find someone to 1. see an RV and 2. take us without an appointment and not able to drop off. Kelly's was my third call and I was so surprised at how friendly and reassuring they were on the phone. Told us to come on in and they would check it out and go ahead and fix it if they could. No wait. We were so thankful and grateful. They were so awesome, professional, friendly, and fair in
