My driver side window shattered while I was driving on the highway. I tried setting an emergency appointment with safelite but they wouldn't repair it until the following week which didn't work for me. My insurance company but me in touch with Golden glass and I couldn't be more satisfied!! Mario and JD were great and so willing to help in an emergency situation and got my window replaced same day. Mario even followed up with me the following day to ensure everything was ok.

I probably won't be using Golden Glass again after my experience with them. First, the sales rep kept telling me over and over that they use factory glass. Said that right up until we started filling out the paperwork. Then, suddenly, my vehicle is too old and they have to use the aftermarket glass. As if it was suddenly a surprise that my vehicle was more than two years old.

Could not be more satisfied. About a month ago I had a chip in my windshield and went through my insurance to get it repaired. They sent safelite out and the guy was not prepared and did a quick repair and left. 3 days later I had a crack all the way across my windshield. I called safelite to have them fix it. I thought there'd be some sort of warranty because they did the failed repair. Unfortunately that wasn't the case and several days later they called and asked if I'd need my lane keeping cameras recalibrated when they did the replacement. I told them I would and they were able

I've used Golden Glass and J.D. for the least 4 year on 3 different vehicles. These people are legit. They get on the phone with you to get everything through insurance, then J.D. shows up a day later if not sooner to replace your glass. Everything is easy going, not pushy, and so relaxed, you don;t even know what's going on. Next thing you know, your vehicle has new glass, and everything is over. Besides being very professional, they are also really personable! I recommend this company if you ever need anything done!

I'm impressed! Sid approached me at a car wash about my windshield. I had about 10 tiny little cracks. He set me up for an appointment that Tuesday for someone to replace my windshield. No cost to me since insurance covers it! Sid even paid for my car wash. The process was painless and now I have a shiny new windshield. Two thumbs up!
