I called to get my window tinted and David from AGD made my life very easy. I was going to Safelite to get my window repaired but they don't do tinting. David got me on the phone with my insurance and took care of it all the same day. 5 star plus

If they have your windshield, I think they can replace within 20-30min. If they don't, which was my case, they can get it done in about an hour. As long as you call ahead and let them know which car you own, they will have it ready to go. Everyone was really nice and so far, I haven't had any problems come up with my replaced windshield.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. They responded to my online inquiry in less than 15 minutes and helped me go through the process of setting up a claim with my insurance company. Sorry I don't remember the name of the lady that helped me, but she was fantastic. She was able to set up an appointment the following morning for installation at my house. Richard was on time and very professional. He did a great job on the install and even took care of a small repair where the headliner met the windshield without even being asked. Decided to use this company when getting my rear window replaced due to it being completely shattered. Service itself took around 2 hours which was no problem. The issue starts with the fact that they made the decision to put a windshield in that had VISIBLE imperfections throughout the entire piece of glass. They addressed it and mentioned they would call me back in two weeks and replace it for me since that was on them.. annoying but at the end of the day no big deal. Everything was fine until i open my trunk to retrieve a backpack and i cut my hand open on glass that they neglected to clean

We needed the windshield of our Tesla Model S replaced and tinted. With all of the supply chain issues we were told by several other shops, including Tesla and AZ Auto Glass Direct, that it could be a couple of weeks. I filed the claim on Oct. 29. On Tuesday I received a call that the glass was in and wanted to install it on Wednesday. Due to my schedule we arranged it for Friday, Nov. 5. They tinted the windshield before Richard, the technician, came to our home to install it. Richard was very professional, personable and did a fantastic job on the install and clean up. Wanted a couple services done at my visit. Replace my driver side window, my windshield replaced and tinting on the two front and a strip added.
Well they forgot to add the strip, and when leaving I noticed air coming in from my windshield. I now have to make a second visit for them to do the strip and to seal the windshield again. My advisor Chuck never returned my call. Disappointed.

I spoke with Amy yesterday 8/3. I was a bit busy, but she was so accommodating and respectful and so kind. She understood being busy and def went above and beyond with customer service. I created a claim just as she told me and she was able to get David a tech out to my house today to replace my windshield. David was very kind and was quick and professional.
