Reached out to Marr's late in the season for yearly furnace maintenance, we recently moved into our house and wanted the furnace serviced before we turned it on.
Marr's scheduling was comparable to other heating companies I had reached out to, but they worked with my schedule and got me on sooner than I expected.The communication between me and the scheduling department was easy and supportive. I didn't know some answers to questions being asked (size of filter, brand, etc), but I didn't feel judged or annoying. They even called and were able to move my appointment up a week.

Marr's has taken care of our heating since we moved into our house and they have always taken great care of us. We needed a new furnace this year (right after becoming new parents) and they made us a priority and did a great job. Our technician, Aaron, is always on time, professional and thorough. They always go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I cannot recommend them enough!

They offered multiple quotes to choose among. The installation crew were professional, prompt and communicative. They even treated my removed shrubs with care. My garage was clean upon departure.
Further, my warranties were filed, rebates submitted. Less follow up for me.
