We have used Meyer Heating for all our heating and cooling needs ever since moving into our Mount Vernon home over six years ago. They are always prompt and professional. They know what they are doing and do an excellent job. I find them very trustworthy and have been very happy with their work.
They were able to find an AC compressor and replace it for my Mother-in-law during the 100 degree heat last Summer. They went above and beyond on that job.
We had another issue where the gas line to a pool was leaking which caused the gas to be shut off to our entire house. Initial installers did

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Dale was rude and unresponsive. A week after the initial visit I called to see when he thought he would have an estimate. He said a week. When I called in a week, he asked for another week. When I called in another week he told me that he would send it when it was done and to stop calling him.

Wow! Talk about GREAT customer service. I have a local (Mount Vernon) office, EARS2U Hearing Aids. The furnace went out and they were out the same day and diagnosed it, and actually able to fix it the next day. From the front office person Sue, to the two service men that fixed our heat in the midst of crazy winter weather, we are very grateful...
Very efficient and fair prices. So many businesses do not understand that customer service is the key!

Called an "award winning" company with the slogan "we aren't comfortable until you are" when our boiler went out leaving us with no heat or hot water. Their technician misdiagnosed the problem on a Saturday, charged us $165, didn't call back as promised on Monday. We made two calls to them and were told "we will get back to you when we find a part." No call by end of the day on Monday.
