Located in Historic Downtown Sioux Falls on Main Avenue, we are a dance school that believes in teaching proper technique to each student that walks through our doors while instilling a love and passion for dance. Dance Gallery contains seven studios with a sprung floor system and a small, full-functioning theater.

Services
Dance Gallery Youth Ballet is a pre-professional company that offers advanced classical ballet training and performing opportunities for ages 10-18 in a positive environment, as well as nurtures a passion and understanding for the art form within the dancers and our community. We are actively reaching out to the community to attract families with children who want to experience and grow their love of dance.
Once your child has progressed through the Leap 'N Learn program, new options open up for them. Cecchetti Syllabus which has the option for examination, for information regarding our Cecchetti program. Everyone starting in Cecchetti must take Grade I to examine in the future. In order to examine, the Cecchetti Council of America insists that students begin their training at Grade I and progress from there.
Dance Gallery believes in a strict dress code to keep the focus on the dancer's alignment and presence. If you have any dress code questions or concerns please consult with the Dance Gallery store. All students (3 years of age and older) who take ballet classes are expected to have their hair in a proper ballet bun.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality dance instruction and to uphold a professional caliber. Whether a student is pursuing a dance career or wanting the finest instruction for recreational purposes, Dance Gallery is the studio of choice. We want your experience here to be educational, inspirational, and fun.
We offer a wide variety of dance education services for students outside of the regular weekly group lessons to give out dancers the opportunity to reach their full potential. Private lessons or group lessons are a wonderful way to jump start your dance education, if you are starting late in the year or wanting to receive extra training prior to ballet exams or a performance.

This year we made a very difficult decision to leave our previous studio due to our concerns with COVID. We truly thought that our dance life would be put on hold because we didn’t believe that the studios would be able to implement policies with the amount of dancers in this world! Well we were wrong. Thank you Dance Gallery for offering many options and all while implementing safe practices to protect everyone. We have truly enjoyed our experience and will be forever grateful for our time of dance with you! Dance is life!
