Purchased a raptor 700 from these guys last week and I don’t regret it! Seth instantly made me his top priority as soon as i walked through the door and was determined to make sure that I wouldn’t leave unsatisfied. Parts department was also very informative and helpful in making sure i would have everything necessary. Everyone was very friendly and chatty, overall great experience!

I purchased a new KLR650 from the folks here in November 2021. The customer service was A+++++. Shane in sales did an awesome job getting me what I wanted. The business office did a great job. Service was excellent helping me know exactly what I needed with the bike. Kawasaki Motors called me twice to make sure I was satisfied with the bike.
Then again in late December the service department called me again to make sure all is well.
This is great customer service!!!
Thus far this dealership has provided me with the best customer service of any dealership of any product anywhere during my lifetime

BE WARNED:
I was trying to purchase a 2022 Vulcan. I emailed this dealership a week ago and requested someone contact me to place an order for this bike. I followed that up with a phone call and they acknowledged receiving the email 4 days prior. I was told a salesperson would call me. After a week and no one at this dealership interested in selling a new bike, i contacted House of Kawasaki in Oklahoma City.
With just one phone call i was able to put a deposit down and buy the Vulcan.
Food for thought, if there sales team is this uninspired to sell a bike to a customer with cash in hand i don’t

I am extremely pleased with my experience purchasing my motorcycle from Freedom Powersports Decatur. I don't care for the price tag and fees I care about the customer support and the experience, I want to support the people and business that put in the extra bit of effort in making this a hassle free purchase. If you are interested in purchasing from these guys just call and ask for Shane or Bailey they helped me and made this one of the best buying experience to date!
