I highly recommend that you DONT ever do business with pro max. Took my 4 wheeler in for repair in December and took 4 months to get the needed part to make it run. I understand this, due to covid. But when they called and said it was ready, I showed up and when they loaded my 4 wheeler, I mentioned a missing side panel. The guys immediate response was to lie to me and try to avoid any responsibility. Saying the panel wasn’t on when I left the 4 wheeler. Extremely poor service! Left my ranger to be worked on and 3 weeks later they never touched it. Kept saying by the end of next week then I told him I was coming to pick it up and the guy seemed happy for the first time. He even called me back to ask when I was coming to get it so he could have it ready to go. I won’t be back

Good people great at most stuff but been waiting on a motor to get done for 3 years no joke. Update 4.5 years to get my motor back and it was screwed up took back waited 6 months then picked it up with absolutely nothing done to it. Not honoring warranty. I give 1 star they did me wrong which is something I really didn't expect from the preacher owner.

Took my bike there to get tires installed. That went fine, but they broke my speedo cable (are the words the counter guy used). Said he would get me a new one on them, never did. He knew I was moving the following week and he just kept shining me on. Then said he would mail it to me, never did. I'm not saying they are lousy mechanics and liars. I'll leave that to you to decide, based on this story.

BUYER BEWARE!! Order an exhaust system on 04/20/2016 and the parts were delivered 04/21/2016 and bike was dropped off same day. It is now 05/05/2016, and we are still waiting for the bike to be released to us!!! Talked to the owner which explained that they wrong system was delivered to them and it took 3 days for the company to send the correct system. Still clueless as to why, even with a 3 day delay, my bike (which I was quoted as a 3 hour job) is STILL NOT READY!!! Manager would not correct situation and advised the bike will not be ready today because he's is busy working on a Ranger and it
