Go to company if you're in need of a well. John and Josh are hard working professionals that get the job done fast but take the time to explain and answer any questions you might have. Great crew and great company. Couldn't be more pleased!

Our sand point well near Grantsburg, WI went bad. We contacted McCullough on 7/15. They were able to work us in between some other jobs in the area and came out on 7/22 drilled the well, did the first disinfection. 7/23 they came back connected the new well to the house, sealed the old well, did the second disinfection which included our plumbing (faucets, shower\tub, etc.) Both teams where professional and extremely competent. The response time was excellent. I cannot say enough good about these guys!

These guys are well experts and good people. Came all the way out to our house but it was a minor issue so they said they wouldn't feel right charging us. They were not the ones who did our well but they will still answer questions and try to give us answers. In the future I will never use any one else.

Helpful from the first phone call all the way through. They got someone out the same day, with all the parts needed, and fixed in one trip. Jon was fast but not hurried, and happily explained what he was doing to I could understand. Very reasonable cost. Will definitely use again (hopefully not soon though 😂 ).

We use McCullough And Sons for all are well fixes. I had water then no water, they came out and checked the well tank and switch first. I had them replaced within the last year. They pulled up the pump and showed me how little pressure it was pumping. We agreed I needed a new pump and then showed how much pressure there was before they dropped it down the casing. Very professional and friendly.

When the water pressure disappeared, and we realized it was the well pump and not something else, we found McCullough (our 2nd call). The after hours automated answering service gave us JJ's number - thank God!
Not only did he answer the call that evening when everyone else was either closed or giving after hours pricing, but gave us a reasonable ballpark price for a new pump, called back and came out the following morning. He subsequently found out it was a mouse who ate through the wires under the well-cap. Thankfully it was not the "shockingly" high price we had to brace ourselves for, but

Came out and replaced the pump same day in near 100 degree heat. Mike did a fantastic job. I have never written a review before today. Darn impressive work by Mike. Thank You.

Their team did a fantastic job!! Could not have been more pleased with their work. Extremely professional and the owner Dave was so great to work with. Returned all of my calls promptly, patiently answered all my questions and was able to start the job quickly.

NEGATIVE STARS would have been what they deserve! We had this company out to seal our well. They would say they were coming and never show up, or call. Since closing on our house was approaching fast, we were getting concerned. In fact they worked three partial days and on the third day we gave them the signed contract they left and never came back. They didn't respond to phone calls. After several frustrating calls and no response, we hired another company to finish the work. McCullough not only left us a mess, they had gotten their Taper Tap stuck in the well. The state said it had to be removed

The well pump they installed we were told was the wrong one after they had to come out and replace it after a year and half. They are supposed to last 15 to 20 years! It was their error and they had the nerve to charge us for a service call and labor coming close to $400. When we called to dispute this charge they said they would test the pump and contact the manufacturer to see what they could do to make it right. From then on they evaded us and haven't returned about 10 calls. Dave and Jim leave the poor dispatcher to deal with their swindled customers. This has been going on for over a month
