Jim and his son came out to my house in Shorewood to quote me 3 jobs. As they arrived they told me they didn't realize how convenient and close Shorewood was at 80 and 55 from where they lived at 80 and 355. They spent almost an hour at my house taking precise measurements and talking through all 3 jobs. As they left, we made an appointment for a follow up with 3D renderings of the design and to go through the quote 2 weeks later. We had full intentions on hiring them for all 3 jobs. A week before that appointment, I get a call from Jim that he has changed his mind. Shorewood is now too far for

We just had our bathroom done and one word stands out in my mind about this company - EXCEPTIONAL! We were so happy doing business with Pro V! Jim and Matt came to our house everyday to answer questions and make sure we were happy and his team was outstanding!! Such a wonderful experience I will be doing all my home remodeling with Pro V! I hired this company to remodel my bathroom and I'm so glad I did! Jim and his crew were true professionals. To start, they were always on time, the crew was so friendly, every day they were there, they cleaned so well you never knew my bathroom was under construction. Jim (the owner) was available at all times with any questions or concerns, he stopped by every day too make sure the job was running smoothly. The finished results are nothing but Perfection!!!! My expectations were met above and beyond! Finally a company who cares about their customers and do amazing work at a fair price!
