Growing up in Illinois, by the age of 13 Brad had his own darkroom. His earliest assignments involved shooting fashion ads for his family's clothing business. Services
I'm glad that most of my corporate clients are preferring to use the office environment as the background rather than shooting all the photos on a sweep. Here is an example where I preferred the more serious photograph and my clients preferred the more smiling - friendly photo. Perhaps, there is no right answer.

Brad is an exceptional photographer and really takes the time to ensure that his clients get exactly what they need. My boyfriend needed some headshots taken in order to pursue some interests in print work/acting and the photos that Brad took have proven successful in helping him to secure opportunities in those areas.

Primary of 2 wedding photographers and 1 videographer at our wedding. We deeply regret having him shoot our photos. Provided little to terrible direction (the videographer had to step in to assist, outside the scope of her role). We eventually demoted him to taking B roll style shots and had the second photographer take all of the wedding party photos.

Brad was absolutely fantastic at our wedding. We were only 15 minutes into shooting at a park near our venue when it started to rain. We all had to
scatter and run back to our cars for shelter. There was a lot of confusion in getting everyone to our venue, but we made it back. We ended up taking photos there. And through it all, Brad

Brad was the photographer for our wedding and we were very happy with his work. In addition to giving us great photos, Brad was very accommodating and easy to work with. He was sensitive and respectful of the occasion, not getting in the way at all, while managing to get really great shots of the ceremony, the reception and our friends. Photos were nice, but the photos were no better than I took with my $150 point and shoot Cannon. And what is worse, he wants insane amounts for a pair of 4x6 prints. I believe it was $13 for two copies of a digital print. I pay nine cents ($0.09) per print with less then $2 shipping all day!!!!!! I am incensed that someone would allow their guests to be gouged this way. I am sad that such a wonderful day can be remembered not only for the joy, but for the photos that are unavailable because no one, on principle alone, will spend $13 for a digital print. I wonder what he charged to do the shoot

My father was married last fall in Oak Park at Unity Temple. He had commissioned Brad Baskin Photography to take all their pictures. Throughout the whole wedding day, Brad, and his partner were always very attentive. After the event, when the photos became available, I was blown away by most of the photos that had been captured. I purchased 4 photos which I still keep all over my place. Wonderful overall!
