Andrew grew up in Europe, always the kid with a camera. Life in Chicago began with Northwestern University and professional photography right after college. His clients span the USA and Canada. Photography has always been central to his life, second only to his wife Amy and son Max. Despite growing up in sunny southern California, Brian says he doesn't miss the weather.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Andrew Collings Photography. I tried to take my headshot at home using all of the fancy portrait option on my phone, but everything came out very amateurish. Thus, I went to the professional, and glad I did!
While getting my photo taken, Andrew put me at ease, helped me find my best angle, provided tons of different options (he likely took over 100 photos), and made sure I was happy with my photo before leaving. The turnaround was supper quick (less than three business days), and the quality was fantastic.

Has anyone ever taken that one, amazing photo of you? Andrew met the three of us for a outdoor headshots in Chicago last year, and we've gotten nothing but compliments. Not only is he a technical expert in his craft, but he is also so friendly and easy to work with that you just feel so at ease. Both yield results we continue to be proud of. We will certainly work with Andrew again at the next opportunity.

Working with Andrew was so easy, he is a true professional. He did a great job with the three professional headshots I needed to get of three different subjects. He was able to work with each individual each having a different comfort level in-front of the camera. He was patient and helpful making suggestions to assure the subjects each looked their best in the shots. Follow up with Andrew was also easy he always got back to me quickly.

Andrew has done photography for our large work function in Chicago for nearly a decade. Each year, his work is prompt and excellent. He is friendly and the audience doesn't even know he's there! The shots he captures are used on social media and in future advertisements. They are also printed down for keepsakes. I highly recommend!
