Broke down an hour away, had my car towed in on Sunday while they was closed. Monday at 8 I called and talked to John, he advised he would let me know something after lunch, around 11 Monday Chris called and said yes it was a transmission failure and that he needed to pull it and see what the damage was. By Wednesday afternoon they had me rebuilt and back on the road. Chris even called Thursday morning to make sure I had no issues or concerns going home. Real customer service!

Had a transmission problem that looked like it was going to ruin some long standing travel plans. These guys went above and beyond to get us fixed on a Friday afternoon! Plus, they were able to diagnose an engine problem that saved us some time and trouble.
