The service and staff of Concise are wonderful. Professional, personable and very quick to respond. Concise services computers at my office, and they're often able resolve problems via a remote program. When my home computer developed problems, I decided to give them a try. Not only did they pick up my computer at my office, they also dropped it back off when they were finished. They resolved the problems quickly, were able to back up and restore the data on my computer, and added programs to keep it running well. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I recommend Concise for both office and home.
