Our founders began this company straight out of college during the economic downturn of 2008. Peter and Rhiannon McHugh decided to go out on their own and, quite literally, do something different; the rest is history. Having studied communications and education in college, Rhi and Pete made it their goal to help businesses communicate more effectively in the digital space.

We had DSD create a promotional video for our school. They listened to what we wanted to accomplish, spent multiple days getting live footage and interviews, were 100% professional, and successfully captured our mission in the final product. Our entire staff was blown away by the end result. I would have no reservations recommending DSD.

Recently we had DSDM do a complete refresh on our website. When we started our business we did what most do and just went with cheap and simple. As our business grew we knew we needed to step up our web game. Rhiannon and her team were able to really incorporate the feel we were hoping for. We have already seen an increase in traffic and conversion from our new site! I recommend everyone to use DSDM for their website needs.

I came into a company situation where DSD was the main agency of use, but discovered quite quickly that I would not have been able to build all the material and my company brand without them. They are very involved with knowing what my company does and how to continuously improve the end results from prior projects. For example, you can see a true transition of our company just by looking at the progression of our quarterly newsletter. We decided to work with DSD Media because after meeting with Rhi and Pete we knew they "got us." When we first started out business we didn't have the budget to get a robust website -- but two years later we knew we were ready for a facelift...and what a lift we got. DSD did a great job updating our website and logo to make it more modern to help showcase who we really are as a company. The new look includes bright new colors and real photographs of our beautiful town, Exeter, and the New Hampshire Seacoast. The website is easy to navigate for future candidates or clients to help them find the information they need.

After seeing some of their work, we reached out to DSD to help us with our website. It was such a positive experience that we also worked with them to update our pamphlets and are currently in the process of rebranding our logo and wine labels. Rhiannon listened to what we were looking for and what was important to us and her team came back with lots of options. The whole process had been very fluid. Do Something Different Media created an interactive website for our small childcare center a few years ago. They were so easy to work with and the pictures, video, and overall website material was thought out with our needs of the community we were creating it for. After a few years of it being live, I have found it easy to update, but if I need assistance Rhiannon and her team is always there to support me. I highly recommend them for creating a website that will bring your business to a new level of reaching potential clients.
