In 2011, I graduated with honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, earning an associates degree in massage therapy with focuses in prenatal/postpartum massage, sports and orthopedic massage, oncology massage, and spa techniques. Since becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2011, I've practiced massage therapy in spa and medical environments in the U.S. and internationally.
My intention is for each session to be unique to your needs. My focus is on creating a safe, judgment-free and therapeutic environment. Combining soft-tissue-dysfunction assessment and treatment with an intuitive, holistic approach, I blend modalities to create a personalized form of bodywork. I believe that your body will tell you all you need to know if you listen closely, and that it has infinite capacity towards healing if you allow it.
