I stopped by because one of my friends told me about this place and I went for one session and one of the workers named Riley I believe was so nice and helpful and she really knew her stuff about spray tans I would love to come back again

I’ve been going to the Tan Factory for awhile now and it’s amazing. Great beds, great pricing etc, etc.. The best thing about the place is the smiling face of Rachel when I walk through the door. Always so nice and knows everything there is to know about tanning and what locations to use etc, etc. She also has fantastic customer service skills!! I believe she is the reason for the large clientele they have!! Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

I was in there last night had a person at front desk that was not trained I spent 84 dollar to get a pressure tan and a spray tan . The spray tan machine is old and out dated didn’t Ieven give the spray tan I have gotten in the past spoke to the girl at front desk she said ya we have had complaints about it I ask to have her manager call me.I received a call from Rachel today explained what happened she kept on trying to talk over me all I was asking for was a store credit not a refund she refused to do either I have never experienced a business not willing to assist a customer to make them happy

The staff here is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. The prices seem to be much higher than most tanning salons, especially if you don’t tan enough to buy the larger package deals. Also, some of the tanning rooms don’t have the radio playing (though there are speakers) to help drown out the sound of tanning beds.

I have been to a lot of tanning salons in the past and this one was very nice in terms of looks and cleanliness.
I don't think the staff was overly friendly. They weren't rude but not super friendly either. Not a big deal though.
The price is ridiculous for what you get. I spent around 50 give or take a few $ for a level 1 bed, I hardly got any color in the month I went. If i did like the tan I got and if I wanted to sign up for another month it was I think around 70!! Because the lower price is for new clients. I've never seen tanning so high for a level 1. Anybody i mentioned this to also couldnt

Went to a different tanning company after going here really put in to perspective how much better Tan Factory was. Goggles provided, receptionist was polite and knowledgeable and beds were nice. I learned my lesson and will be going back to Tan Factory.
