I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. It is my privilege to provide outpatient telehealth mental health therapy to individuals in the state of Wisconsin. I work primarily with adults, and older adults. With my training in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, I work with clients to find balance, healing, and emotional wellbeing.
I specialize in individual therapy for adults and older adults. I have an open and flexible approach and integrate my training in evidenced based treatment.
