This was by the far the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I called to ask some questions regarding a product that is listed on their website. The women I spoke to was rude, hung up on me MULTIPLE times & told me if I wanted information on the product to just read the description like everyone else. Do not recommend this poor excuse for a business.

Do NOT use this company!!!!! I ordered a supplement and never received it. The woman was rude and refused to help me when I called to attempt to resolve the issue so I opened a dispute with my credit card. She just called me and said she’s going to fill out the credit card’s dispute paperwork saying I received the product. I said “but I did NOT receive it.” And she hung up on me. This is truly the worst company and rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I wish I would have read reviews for this company prior to placing my order. They copy cat the brand, Nutritional Frontiers, and sell for a less expensive price. I decided to try some of their products. 10 days after placing my order I have still not received any communication via email about my order shipping, being delayed... Nothing. Their hours are limited 11:00 - 5:00 to call, when you do call, over and over, no ones ever answers. This is not a professional company and I would not trust them, And I most certainly would not trust their in house supplements.

Horrible customer service communication. Placed an order for something listed on the website as “in stock”. After contacting them twice over 3 weeks, someone finally responded that they were just now expecting stock of the product I ordered. I told them to cancel the order and they did not & continued to bill me.

I listen to Dr. Tom Lawrence on the radio daily. He's very strange. He has one location but constantly says "facilities" as if he has more than one location. Very odd. Also, he calls his company "Clinical Nutrition Centers", but it should be "Clinical Nutrition Center" without the "s". HE ONLY HAS ONE LOCATION. It's like hes trying to sound bigger that he is.
He also bases what we should and shouldn't eat on the bible. "The bible says you shouldn't eat shell fish" so he believes shell fish is bad. "Biblical Nutrition Centers"???

I ordered 2 bottles of petadolex pure encapsulations and they sent me a different brand which was cheaper. They refuse to replace or refund me, forcing me to go through a chargeback. Beware when purchasing from their website.
