The staff was very inviting. I have a very busy work week and they were able to accommodate so that I was able to make my appointment. They are very understanding. They also have payment plans available when you need a procedure and don’t have the money to pay upfront. The dental hygienist was extremely nice and friendly. She held conversations and gave me dental tips. I’m glad I went to them.

Absolutely the best!!!! Always Professional, caring and just EXCELLENT! I have been a patient for years (I was a young woman when a dear friend recommended this office to me, I am now 65.) Dr Heinrichs was my primary Dentist but Dr Bosserman has also helped me with root canal and other work. I now have Dr Burrows and he is very excellent!! My hygienist Sue is wonderful, Sarah is awesome. I am always treated with such dignity and caring. Thank you to everyone!!!!

My husband came as a new patient and for a second opinion. Tower dental was amazing! They were able to see him right away. Not only did they give us an honest opinion, but also a very reasonable price. New to the area and so glad we found them! Needless to say, we will be back with the whole family!

I hated going to the dentist. I would avoid until I could not. But not anymore. My experience at Tower Dental has changed my whole prospective on dental care. The experience I had was not only painless but the explanation of what needed to done and why made me extremely comfortable that my dentist had my best interest in mind. Everyone was very pleasant and professional as well. A 5 star experience from the beginning to the end!

I generally hate going to the dentist. But since I have become a patient here, I've been shown that it doesn't have to be an anxiety-ridden, white-knuckled process, where you get scolded for not taking perfect care of your teeth, and you leave in more pain than you arrived.
I can't give enough credit to the team at Tower Dental! They are all very kind and will joke around. They have a way of easing the tension and relaxing you (even during a root canal).

I've been going to This practice my whole life, long before it was called Tower dental. There's a reason for that; I'm treated so well that I would never consider a change.

Everyone was super nice, affordable, and in general just quality pain free dental care. This was the 4th dentist ive been to over a few years and finally found my dentist. Dr. Burrow was great. I needed a crown and the whole process was painless, didn't even have to grip the arm rests. Highly recommend Tower Dental and Dr. burrow

I hate all dentist equally but have found love at Tower Dental Care!!! I began seeing Dr. Paul Heinrichs after reading an article that talked about his commitment to providing dental care to the animals at The Toledo Zoo. The fact that he cleaned Max the Gorrilla's teeth and still had all his fingers was a strong enough recommendation for me. Over the years Dr. Heinrichs replaced several old filings and capped teeth only if the original tooth was too fragile. At all times he was gentle yet thorough.
