They destroyed my hair. I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Do NOT ask for layers on long hair because they will layer all the way up the top of your head when you want to have a medium length hair cut. I look like I have a grown out mullet. No one likes my hair and all my coworkers kept quiet about how ugly it was. Biggest mistake of my life trying this salon. AVOID IF YOU HAVE MEDIUM TO LONG HAIR AND HATE MULLETS! I could have saved money be paying a random child to cut my hair with kid scissors.

1. The place is not very clean. You can see hair scattered everywhere like they don't clean regularly. Also shavers just stuck with hair. When they did my perm. They seemed to have used old perm paper sheets. They definitely looked dirty and we're scattered all over the place.

I tried the leave and the owner tried to reassure me. I let him but I already knew there were issues. They are attentive but the only actual professional seemed to be the owner.
They rolled the wrong way so my hair just always gonna look like a trashy mess sticking upwards

After my wife and me haircut, I decide to stay here forever! Professional attitude, Professional skills. My wife is pregnant and can not have odd smell. Derek opened door for about 30 minutes and let it fresh just for a better environment! What a soft touch! They nicely asked my opinion and stylish to fit the most fashion style. I enjoyed overall!

I was very satisfied with my haircut today! I came in wanting to get a short cut. I explained to my hairstylist that my hair tends to get poofy like a mushroom when I get bob-like haircuts, and if he could use thinning shears to get some weight off. He was very thorough throughout the process to make sure it didn't poof out even after my hair had dried. He also made sure I was happy with the length before he cut it. A true caring professional :)

Derek is an amazing stylist!! He really takes the time to meticulously give you the look you want. He was able to turn my outgrown hair into a beautifully blended balayage. The pictures honestly don't do his work justice as the color is more vibrant & dimensional in person. I got a Japanese hair treatment as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend him to everyone!

Great hair cut by the owner. Great appointment confirmation. Nice salon, personal attention, great scissor cut for low price. No issues at all, great service and attention to detail. Straight out of NYC, get the Tony and Guy cut for less than half the price. Looks like they did great color and highlights too. Very clean, good shampoo. Wife loved it too

Had the best ever hair style in my life so far! Previously I had my hair damaged in a Korean Salon. Then the newly-opened Ins Hair jump out to my sight when I am researching on switching salon.
I brought 40+ pictures, and hair stylist Derek was extremely patient on going thru each of them with me. He considered my hair quality, styling frequency, daily-care difficulty and hair damage degree in each. Finally he recommended one of them and did it better than the model pic I brought. I am very grateful and feel this place should be known!
