Coming from a big PEO to Extensis was the best decision we made! We saved money and have had better HR service from the HRM Aubrey Minton, our Payroll Specialist Joanne Caputo and everyone else in between, like Kara Madison who helped us with our annual reviews! The Extensis team has been an amazing asset to me as an HR Department of one. They are very knowledgeable and extremally pleasant and helpful in answering any questions. Contacting them is always easy and responses are quick, I am so very grateful to have them as part of my team.

Extensis is a first class organization with professional and caring people.
Their HR department is great and Tracey Owens in particular is a real pro and always willing to help. Chris Barvels was also great. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because the risk/safety offerings are good, but not great and also because the online portal is a bit confusing, not so easy to use. It's 2022 so this should be better, more intuitive. Overall, very positive things going on at Extensis

I have been working for Extensis for the last 6.5 years and I feel like they value input and hard work. The Management Team listens to the the feedback of the employees and clients and makes thoughtful, smart adjustments to the product and processes. The culture is fun, fast paced and no one is just a number which is very different compared to other organizations. The employees care about the work they do and the clients they support.

My experience with Extensis has been very positive since our company started the relationship in 2017. I was new to payroll and received excellent guidance from Dulari, and clear and experienced HR guidance from Mimi. Despite the caliber of my question, complex or basic, I am always treated with great respect and patience (sometimes required:) and always come away from a conversation with knowledge on how to move forward. In the event Dulari is out of the office, her back up Barb provides excellent service and is a fantastic example of a true team approach. Extensis is a wonderful HR resource which

I am happy with Extensis. I had to contact them with an enrollment matter that was taken care of immediately and I received a follow up email to make sure I was satisfied with the resolve.
