Received contact from a recruiter at Payette Group for a job with a company. During the initial call, they let me know I did not have enough years of experience for the role, but would discuss with the hiring manager. Never received any further follow-up. They clearly had not reviewed my resume or LinkedIn profile before reaching out to me and spending my time.
