I had been going to Dr. Aaron for ten years until a year or so before the pandemic. At that time, I took a break and then went to another chiropractor. When the pandemic hit, I was high risk and went on lockdown for the last two years. Unfortunately, my newer chiropractor only took office visits, and I was neither driving nor going out, so I did without chiropractor until October of last year. I wish I could rate the effectiveness of the work separately from the ambiance of this place. As a long time massage therapist and yoga teacher I have high standards and historically have a hard time finding bodywork that is skillful and effective. In 1 minute of assessment, Dr. Aaron pinpointed the exact combination of places in my body that were disrupted and together with Dr. Jill gave me a session that gave me very noticeable shifts both immediately and over the next few days. I have worked with all three Chiropractors at ICOR and they are wonderful. Neck and back problems have been an issue all of my life. Occasionally, the pain would be so acute that I could be debilitated for several weeks. Not only has ICOR become the solution to my back and neck problems, I go there for pretty much any muscle/skeletal related problem. They keep me feeling great and being active.

I have been suffering from a pinched nerve in my lower back that travels to my lower leg area ( Tibia, both right and left) I have been in extreme pain daily for months, pain killers not helping much. Dr. Aaron had been training someone new during my visit, Dr. Abbey (i hope i got that right) I have to say I left their office with almost no pain, I was blown away. Dr. Aaron told me to go for a good walk when I got home so I did. My legs were hurting pretty bad at first but the farther I walked the more the pain just left my body and I wasn't limping anymore! I always feel better after getting a treatment from Dr. Zach. He so effortlessly and gently adjusts my whole body. I completely trust his skills and I am able to relax into the treatment. When I first starting seeing Dr. Aaron a couple of years ago, I was in terrible pain and walking with a cane. His very gentle adjustments enabled me to move without pain again. I continue to see him (pandemic allowing) to improve my posture and minimize my 'widow's hump.' He gave me a few simple exercises to do between treatments and I began participating in a balance/range of motion class when the pain stopped. Now I've added (all via Zoom) a stretching class and Qi Gong. Dr. Aaron's treatments are costly, but worth it.

Dr. Aaron has treated me for a severe back issue in 2018 and again in 2020 for a shoulder issue. I can't say enough about how caring and respectful he is. I was very skeptical about chiropractic services and am very grateful to a friend who recommended I give them a try.
They are sanitizing tables and provide a face covering for the table that you lay upon. You are in a room with other patients--but you are able to distance and they are limiting the number of appointments that arrive to prevent crowding. You must wear your mask and will get your temperature taken upon checkin.

Have both been miracle workers. I have been cured of back pain, vertigo, and neck pain along with a host of other problems. I have decided they are so amazing and help me so much that during these stressful times it's imperative that I see them on a regular basis. After my former chiropractor decided to retire, I tried several others in Berkeley and Oakland. I was delighted to discover Dr. Aaron in the same building as my acupuncturist. I have multiple chronic conditions that Dr. Aaron has been treating for 6 or 7 years now, including neck and back pain, knee and foot pain, TMJ and digestive issues. He uses gentle maneuvers that are designed to naturally re-align the body. No hard cracking or head twists!

It's hard for me to try different chiros besides Dr Aaron, but he's away and I decided to try Dr Zach. And I'm so glad I did!!!!! I FEEL AMAZING! His method is a little different but I LOVED IT!!! Zach found tensions I didn't know I had ... lower back, neck, hips, feet, and my pained knee feels so much better now!! It doesn't even hurt and had gotten so tender up until the miracle adjustment.

I first began going to Integrative Chiropractic over 10 years ago when they were at a different location.
