TJK cleaned two HVACs and 24 vents in my 3 story house. The team was professional, knowledgeable (explained everything, took before and after pictures) and very responsive with the booking schedule and returning emails/text in a timely manner. Originally, I went with Sears who charged less but who also failed to show up twice and asked me if their equipment would work in my house. TJK is a much better choice. I will be using them again!

TJK team came out and refused to work with HOA compliance by cleaning dryer vent from inside of the unit and clearly lacks knowledge of dryer vent structure in a multi-family building. We paid inspection call but failed to achieve the goal to meet HOA requirement. Money and time wasted. If you have a condo unit, think twice.

I was pleased with the TJK Air Cleaning.
Their technicians Mexx and Max are extremely professional and knowledgeable guys!
I had a huge blockage in my dryer vent and I was able to get a service the same day I called them!! How convenient it is!!
Then they also provided an inspection for the Air Duct Cleaning and importance of cleaning it. Especially when we have elderly people in our home.
They helped us with ducts cleaning as well and provided a sanitizing for free!!
Very delighted with the gentlemen's and will be calling them again in a year.

Not hiring these guys.
The initial contact with them was great, and we chose them based on the good Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, they lost our business by poor follow-through.
Just this afternoon, they missed the third window in which they said they'd show up, after three attempts to set up a duct cleaning. First time, they inexplicably missed the window without because the tech had supposedly had a car accident. No fault of theirs. But I had to call to learn what had happened, after sitting and waiting through the window.
