UPDATE: 11/15/2021: After Dell reimaged by laptop, when repairing the battery and keyboard (?), I was no longer able to map to my other computers. Turned out to be a complex problem and thanks to Greg's knowledge and perseverance, he was able to get me back to the normal and expected networking environment!

I’m glad I called him. I learned about Greg on the Nextdoor App and decided to give him a try. I had multiple drives with family pictures mainly of my kids when they were young. I kept them overtime although I thought the drives were dead. Greg was able to recover the information from them and even salvage one of the drives so that we can still use it. Price is very reasonable and will continue to use him in the future.

I bought a new laptop and wanted to upgrade a few components but was scared to do it myself. I found Greg through a google search and he responded to all my emails really fast and professionally. He got me in within an hour and it ended up costing me less than we originally discussed. Very fair and professional guy, friendly too. I'll be coming back here!

Outstanding service experience! I spilled coffee on my laptop cpu and the space bar stopped working consistently. Called Greg and reported the issue. He ordered the part and completed the job extremely quickly. Best of all, his price was very reasonable and affordable. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!! We needed our computer looked at because it was running slow. We called Greg and he was quick to respond and schedule an appointment. He gave us an estimate and it was fair and reasonable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us some suggestions at no extra cost.
