Institutional Bond Network
Institutional Bond Network believes that your success is paramount. Our goal is to build an investment strategy that becomes a part of that success. We work to become a part of our client's team where they can easily access our resources and expertise to accomplish any task. Our strategies are unique and proprietary but tested and measurable.

Our principals have an average of 25 years' experience specializing in fixed income trading, institutional bond sales, and proceeds management. While IBN got it's start specializing in Debt Service Reserve Fund investment, we have shifted our focus outward to include all bond proceeds, fixed income trading and short term portfolios.
Services
Our business model is time tested and unique, because the funds we work with are specialized. Every account is different due to bond document constraints and we weigh these variables accordingly. IBN utilizes proprietary software and modeling analytics, combined with professional experience, to create a portfolio with a goal to optimize returns and meet your expected requirements.
Investors maintain cash in their portfolios for a number of reasons, such as to cover daily operating expenses and in case of emergencies. As such, cash should be invested in a manner appropriate to the need. Investors have many options for investing their cash, such as money market funds, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)-insured accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs) and short duration bonds.
We understand that in today's world things move quickly, your overnight portfolio is no different. IBN leverages transparency, existing relationships and experience to deliver a solution that works efficiently with your team. We believe that transparency creates trust. Our value to clients is that we create relationships built on trust, which increases efficiency between IBN and your team.
A brokered certificate of deposit (CD) is a CD that an investor purchases through a brokerage firm other than a bank. Although the bank still initiates the CD, it outsources to financial intermediaries, like IBN to locate potential investors. You buy and sell brokered CDs much like other fixed-income investments.
IBN provides clients with the unique combination of investment and regulatory expertise in the public finance sector. With our understanding of arbitrage rebate regulations, outlined in the Tax Reform Act of 1986, our investment program strives to increase total return on our clients' debt service reserve, project funds, and other proceeds accounts; while meeting the full requirements of their trust indenture.
