We have been in the Tampa Bay community for over 70 years and encompass three generations of family dentists. Giunta Dentistry is the home of Drs. Services
We know your time is valuable so our practice is committed to making the most of your visit. We offer same day dentistry for many procedures, meaning when you have a toothache or a problem is discovered during your appointment we can treat it that same day. This is a great way to save time and prevent conditions from getting worse.
Our office is located on the corner of Habana Ave and West Virginia Ave just south of the intersection of Habana Ave. and MLK. We are located about a block south of St. Joseph's Hospital. This central location makes us convenient to many of the communities in the Tampa Bay Area. We are about 3 NE miles from the WestShore Business District We are also about 3 miles south of Carrollwood and 8 miles SW of Citrus park and Westchase.
Benefits: For $99 you can have white teeth for life! When you join, we will fabricate custom whitening trays (if needed) and you will receive 2 tubes of whitening gel. Twice a year, at your hygiene visits, you will receive 2 additional tubes of whitening gel. Giunta Dentistry believes maintaining oral health is an integral aspect of ones overall health.
The smile line and teeth are one of the first things people notice when looking at each other. A healthy, vibrant smile can give a person the self-confidence back they never had before due to embarrassment caused by discolored teeth. Teeth whitening is one of the most commonly performed dental procedures in the world.
A crown or in layman's terms a "cap" provides 360 degrees of protection around a tooth and many situations occur where this is a useful restorative option. A crown is indicated when a tooth becomes damaged from a large fracture or cavity. A crown may also save a tooth from catastrophic failure when deep cracks are present through the enamel into underlying tooth structure.

First visit to the office. Tatiana and the staff were helpful and friendly. As a former dental assistant it was great to see new technology at work. Including a highly sophisticated 3-D imaging that will give the doctor all he needs to come up with a treatment plan for me. But beware it’s not cheep.
Dr. Giunta was kind considerate and then extremely knowledgeable with a soft touch.

Staff is polite and welcoming from front desk to back employees. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but this experience was the best I've received. I was in the military for 20 years and had private dental care for another 30 years and this by far is the most pleasant and pain free care I have ever received. I would recommend to all my family and friends. Dr. Giunta did a crown and 2 fillings. I made an appointment to look into their sleep apnea dental mouth device.

This is the best dentist for me, the doctor is knowledgeable, kind and gentle (I was a patient of Dr. Giunta’s grandfather). From the time you come in until you leave the office staff is great! The office is clean and well kept.The hygienist is really very good she knows her stuff. I have recommended Dr. Giunta to others and will continue to do so.

Dr. Giunta and his dental hygienist and office staff are very professional, kind, and provided helpful information about my dental health, issues needing attention and suggestions to improve my dental care. Comfortable office in central Tampa location. I was referred to the practice by dentists at Bay Pines through the VA Community Health referral service. Very satisfied with the care received.

My daughter and husband both see Dr. Giunta. My husband has been going to Giunta Dentistry since Dr. Giunta’s father was the original doctor. Now his son has taken over and is just as great with adults and children. His staff is super friendly and patient with my daughter who began going and was nervous and hesitant about the dentist. Today she… left a little older and said mom it wasn’t bad and they talked to me and were really nice to me. I wish I could go with my insurance, but unfortunately cannot at this time. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Been going to Dr. Frank Giunta and now going to Dr. Matthew Giunta for over 40 years. Every staff member is professional and extremely kind and courteous. Dr. Matthew explains to you in detail the procedure he is performing on you and why, so you understand the procedure. I highly recommend Giunta Dentistry!

OKay so i've been coming here for 3 years. It's finally time for me to switch Sarah is the only reason i've stayed and the dentist are great. However they ALWAYS have horrible front desk staff (the best one and my fav has left out of 4 of them, she was the only one to correctly get what i had to pay at the time of payment) The new front desk girl, IDK why she cant figure out how to correctly figure out what a person should pay with insurance. IT IS YOUR ONE MAIN JOB. I always end up under paying by 20$ and then getting a bill that comes 2 months late....... or over paying. One time

Giunta Dentistry is highly recommended! I was extremely pleased with my visit with Dr Giunta. As I entered the office, I was greeted by a very friendly office manager. Sara, the hygienist was so gentle I could have fallen asleep. Dr Giunta's chair side manner definitely put me at ease and was very honest about my dental needs. By far the best dental experience!

Just moved out of Boston and was in need of a dentist. Tatiana got me an appointment next morning. Dr. Giunta and his staff are awesome! From the moment you walk in to the office, they make you feel very welcomed. Everyone is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood what was being done and made me feel comfortable throughout the process and pain free. Great smiles and customer service! Definitely will recommend their outstanding service to anyone.
