Services
Roger has studied Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past eight years under Master Ross Kellin, which he is currently ranked Black belt. In addition to his Martial Arts background, Roger has studied strength and conditioning for the past 20 years. He has designed programs for the fitness to the elite athlete both amateur and professional.
Our After School Program includes FREE transportation from school, Martial Arts Classes, Fun Activities, Homework Time, and more! If your child attends a school in the South Lakeland area, then sign up now for our exciting After School Program! We are now accepting a limited amount of new after school students for the upcoming school year!
We are looking forward to providing you and your family with a great, safe, yet fun summer camp for the summer of 2021. We will have restrictions on some of our normal activities due to the pandemic but will still be working very hard to make sure all of the kids have a great camp! Registration is now open for families in the Lakeland and nearby areas for our Safe, Fun, Affordable, and Bully Free summer camp!

My daughter has been attending Warriors for about 4 years now. She has benefitted so much from learning how to defend herself to building her self confidence. The kids work hard. They learn that discipline and hard work pays off. Instructors care deeply about each child wanting them to succeed in every aspect of their lives not just on the mat.

This Academy is legit! From the Coaches to the staff you can’t ask for better people to be teaching your children self defense and values they can carry with them the rest of their lives. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to better their children’s lives as well as their own if they choose to take the adult classes they offer as well!!

Both of my kids started going to Warrior a few months ago for summer camp. They loved it so much we started going to the 530 Jiu Jitsu class with them. The coaches and the school as a whole is amazing, they genuinely care and want your child to be successful. This is done with love and some serious encouragement and also some just all around great coaching.
The kids loved it so much that my wife and I started attending the adult classes and let me to you, they are intense and so much fun. I am so glad we became members of the Warrior family and I love everyone's of them , some more than my own

From day one (June 2017), we knew this was a great family establishment and our girls were in good hands. Roger and Melissa not only teach jujitsu, they fully invest themselves in your child’s life, on and off the mat.They help to mold Healthy, responsible, accountable and strong independent humans. They love all the kids and it’s just one big family.

This place is a godsend for children. I have seen first hand kids go from failing grades and poor physical and mental condition to strong,confident, A B students. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and show true care and love for the students. Couldn't recommend it enough. A true mecca for the creation of our future leaders in our community.

This is definitely a family friendly training facility. My son has been part of their after school program for over 4 years now. Both my wife and I train in their adult class, and have been doing so for years. Here you have coaches that truly care about their students! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for caring instructors, both for kids and adults!

WCFA is an amazing place where your children will be taught how to handle themselves in the “real world”. We as parents will not always be there the help guide our children in this tough reaction based culture we live in. These instructors have helped my children navigate their thoughts, feelings, and urges to react negatively in tough situations, while still validating my kids feelings to WANT to react negatively. This school holds them accountable for the choices they make. This is so much more than Jiujitsu for us, this is family that truly cares about helping these next generations grow
