Marygrove offers the best in fabric selection for your awning. We use only the top of the line in outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella and O'Bravia. These outdoor fabrics are made from solution-dyed acrylic and solution-dyed polyester, respectively. Both fabrics are UV-resistant, which means relaxing under your awning minimizes the amount of harmful rays that penetrate our fabrics.

Recently, I had an awning replaced over the side door. It is the third awning I have had from Marygrove. The first two were installed at the correct height. This one was installed six inches higher rendering it fairly useless. I contacted Marygrove and was pleasantly surprised by the timely response. Pat and Ryan came out on a very rainy day and reinstalled the awning. It now sits at the correct height. Thank you to these two guys and all who facilitated the resolution of this matter!

Marygrove was great to work with. They have the best communication skills of any company we have worked with. We were scheduled for installation 3 months out. They send an email every two weeks just to keep in touch and that things were on schedule. The day of they called with approx. time and kept in touch until arrival. The awning is great the people installed it were friendly and right on task. All was a great experience, with a quality product and kept to their word.

I will (and have) highly recommend Marygrove again and again. From the initial contact with the salesperson to the installation the service and knowledge shared was exactly what you want in a purchase. The product itself is excellent but it's always the people that make the experience gratifying. Our appointment with the salesperson happened during the first deluge back in June and that did not stop him from going out to measure and inspect our roof for the installation. We are so happy with our Marygrove awning! The installation team was very professional and courteous and showed us how everything works. Tha awning provides tons of shade and we are so glad that we ordered the extra side -shade. It blocks the setting sun form cooking us!! Only wish we had ordered it sooner!! UPDATE: They refunded me the install price, offered an updated warranty, and offered an awning check-up in the spring to make things right.
I had my awning moved from one house to another and they charged $160 for takedown and $240 to reinstall on the new home. The install was done well, but the cord did not reach the plug. I suggested using a junction box and their reply was that they weren't electricians. I was expecting them to be able to complete the job so that the cord reached the outlet, because that is what they did for my parents several years ago.

First of all, Ryan, the salesman who was sent to our home, explained the whole procedure of the awning purchase and installation with no pressure. He was very helpful with placement, giving us his recommendations.
Our awning was installed this past week. Adam and Mike, the installers, were very efficient, and checked everything before they left. They were also very informative with directions and care for the awning. So far so good. The awning is beautiful, well-made, and works seamlessly.
You may pay more for this product, but it is worth it.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I still do not have a finished product months later. They originally sent a rookie crew to complete my work and they cut holes in my siding which they were not supposed to do. I have waited on them 5 different days and I still do not have a completed/working awning. The area/amount of shade that the sales guy said it would cover does not. We spent a ton of money and now I wish I would have kept our cheap $500 gazebo from Lowes.
Customer service also sucks, they don't care about the customer. Asked for the owner to call me...still waiting fo me that

I am NOT SATISFIED with my awning as I had hoped to be. I feel it would have been ethical for the salesman to provide me with an honest and accurate amount of shade that the awning would provide. He told me that the shade would reach a certain spot on my patio. It did not. Due to the location of the backyard and the movement of the sun, the shade is several feet short from where he said it would be. Completely incompetent. Top to bottom, the staff does not communicate and does not know what they are doing. The office lost the first quote and had to send a second person to the house. Two different people had to come out to measure for the awning. They missed the appointment, with no call, for the first installation date. The second installation date the crew arrived and said they did not have the right ladders. The third installation date, the crew arrived and said they had the wrong shims and had to order different ones. The fourth installation date the crew hung the awning, but said

Having used Marygrove in the past for commercial work, I decided to use them for my house; to date the buying and installation schedule process has left much to be desired. The sales process was and has been haphazard with little or no follow-up. It appears that they are geared towards either commercial work or retractable awnings; anything else buyer beware. Still waiting on follow-up regarding the installation date; once installed, I update the review accordingly.
