Established in 1989. The business was started by sole proprietor & inventor Kennon McKinney fresh out of high school over 30 years ago at the young age of 18. We started out hand cleaning awnings under the name Spotless Awnings, Inc. but shortly grew into a full-service canvas and vinyl Awning and Canopy custom fabrication company.

Had a very good experience with Kennon. I originally picked Awnings Houston as they were the least expensive bid out of three local companies. However, when we had a problem with the order, Kennon really made certain everything was taken care of and made certain we were satisfied with the final product.
