I have had a business as well as personal relationship with Build tech Construction Corp and Stuart Wallace over the last 10 years. I thought well enough of his work that when it came to a significant job on my own house, he was my first and only choice. We are working with Stuart on a major, two-year remodeling project.

My wife and I used Buildtech to inspect our home before purchase. After one month in home had a roof leak roofing company says leaking for at least 1 year wood rotted out. Buildtech refuses to accept responsibility for missing this roof leak all I get is a canned response from them that their inspections are considered a "limited visual inspection" and that they don't warranty that the items inspected are defect free. So I guess we paid for limited visual inspection which anyone can do!!! Beware of this company as they do not stand behind their product!
