I came to see Gavin with a wide array of issues ranging from old sports injuries to day to day ailments that had just built up. Gavin was intuitive on picking up on these and also identified areas I had not disclosed and that had slipped my mind, especially the older injuries of which I’ve had many! Gavin helped to reduce the tightness I had been suffering from and also offered valuable advice to aid in my recoveries away from the massage table. This holistic approach has really helped me to manage some of the issues I was suffering from and pointed me in the right preventative direction too
