We understand how important it is to keep the mind and body strong and healthy to create happiness in one's life. Together, we will discuss thing such as past injuries, health history and any pain or areas of tension you may have. Additionally, we will leave the room for your privacy so that you may undress to your comfortability and need.
Before pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Administration with a Minor in Business at Cal Poly of San Luis Obispo, CA, Wendy graduated from Saddleback Junior College, CA with certificates in Recreation, Coaching, and Aquatics. As a sports instructor and coach, Wendy noticed that many students, who had incurred injury or whose muscles were fatigued, benefited from massage.
My job is so stressful; I have so much responsibility and I work very long hours. By the time I get to see Wendy for my monthly 1 & 1/2 hour treat, my stress has reduced my shoulder and neck muscles to a mass of lumpy knots. I can barely wait to climb onto that table for some relief. When Wendy gets started breaking down that tension, kneading those relentless knots, I can feel the blood begin to flow back into my brain again.
Conscious Transformation Energy Sessions are a deeply relaxing experience that allows an individual to experience rejuvenation in a short period of time that would normally take hours of rest. Recipients of Conscious Transformation Energy sessions have reported an increased capacity to manage stress and greater access to states of peace and connectedness.
The purpose of the practice of Therapeutic massage is to enhance the general health and well-being of the recipient. This massage style can be a full-body session or can focus on specific areas like the back, neck, hips or legs. This work is designed to release your deeper muscle layers and provide relief from acute or chronic pain patterns while assessing the cause of your discomfort.

After looking for a massage therapist in Denver for a few years, I finally found "my person." I booked a last minute 90 minute massage with Heather and she was incredible. I was in so much pain before the session I could barely move my neck and I'm feeling so much better. I'm already signing up for future sessions and have already shared her name with friends and family!

Wendy is amazing at deep tissue work and analyzing your body to find the problem areas. She was able to see my areas of asymmetry and work toward balancing out my posture and movements. I could tell that she was not just treating my pain, but getting to the root of my problems. Wendy is not just a massage therapist, she is a true healer! I highly recommend her!

Excellent, just excellent. Called for a last minute appointment and Dan was very accommodating and said to just "come on in." He spent significant time analyzing my aches and pains while giving me lots of helpful tips and advice to aid in healing. The massage was top notch and I can certainly feel where the work was done. I'd certainly recommend Dan at Golden Body Worker to anyone needing their aches and pains addressed or simply needing to relax.

Wendy and the entire staff at Golden Body Worker are true professionals! You can tell they enjoy their craft by the effort they put forth. I ask a lot of questions and they are always willing to educate me about how the human body works. The atmosphere there is great - relaxing for sure.

I decided to try this place out while I was on vacation and loved it so much I went back a second time before heading back home. This was the first time getting a massage from a massage therapist. I guess I just got lucky and found a great place the first time around.

Coming from a history of chronic and debilitating back pain due to spinal fusions and herniated discs, I have seen many Massage Therapists over the last ten years, always hoping to find the "one" that would help my back relax from the muscle spasms and chronic pain it carries.
