From the initial phone conversation the caring and professionalism was evident. All aspects of planning was covering and flawlessly carried out by the staff. When you are dealing with grief that last thing you are capable of or want to do is make unnecessary confusing decisions. Questions were at a minimum and the process once my dad passed was handled with dignity and absent any drama. The death of a family member is hard enough without added grief. Thank you to the entire staff for making the situation the best it could be during this difficult time.

My mother-in-law was placed into hospice care and sadly, died the next day. It was a very hectic time, as we had just gotten home from vacation the day before. Even though she was 95 (wow), this was all overwhelming, as she lived with us and died late at night. All this being said, the hospice nurse said that we needed to make arrangements for her body to be removed from our house within 4 hours and gave me a list of cremation companies. Obviously, this was overwhelming, and I had no idea which company would be the best to use. I picked this company because it was close to where we leave. Doug

I would highly recommend Chicagoland Cremation Options in Schiller Park to anyone who finds themselves in need of cremation for a loved one. I utilized their preplanning option and it made a difficult time much more bearable knowing arrangements were in place. When the time came and my husband passed at home, they came to pick him up promptly, even though it was the middle of the night. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional and things were done as planned. Their prices were reasonable, and I'm pleased that I was able to choose (and pay for) only the services that I wanted.

We received very professional service and they even provided us with a quote over the phone. They also visited
our house to explain the contract, procedures, and what to expect.
Even the cost was very reasonable. Everyone we encountered were extremely accommodating and efficient. Even the owner and staff sat and talked with us upon our arrival to retrieve my brothers cremains. They were also kind enough to offer us coffee or water.
We were very pleased with the container for the cremains.
