Gibbons Marine Construction is known for its excellent pier construction in the southern Maryland area and we take great pride in our pier work. Every pier we build is framed with heavy treated lumber and through bolted with galvanized bolts and are decked with environmentally friendly, pressure treated material.
All new work requires an (MDE) Maryland Department of Environmental permit (state). You are also required to obtain a local, county permit. Gibbons Marine Construction can provide all the processing, applications and drawings needed for your permit. We consider this an important asset for your protection.

Josh gibbons came out to my place and was extremely helpful in informing me how to take care of my shoreline and pier. I am new to the area and never owned water front before so I had a lot of questions. He was patient and answered my questions with more helpful advice than I expected.

GMC has done several projects for me in Drum Point. They are professional, provide services for the estimated prices and do quality work. Josh gives good advice during the pre-job walk downs. They are very good at handling the permitting and other red-tape that goes with waterfront work. I highly recommend Gibbons marine Construction.
