Complete garbage appraisal company. for a refi, they valued a house 27% below what redfin and zillow have it at, and 35% below what multiple real estate agents have told us it would sell for today. i looked at their comps, and they used a house that had never been renovated and was half the size, rather than the house literally next door to it that was new construction and much more accurate as a comp. they're just terrible at their job.

TC Appraisal did a fantastic job on a full appraisal for me on a property I was looking to purchase. This is the third time I've used TC Appraisal. Colin, the owner, very professional and experienced, easy to work with. He's worked in this business for so long. I can ask him anything. I felt really taken care of. And, his office is easy to work with. Magnolia, the office manager, makes sure everything is done and sent in a timely manner! Will always use this company!
