The appraiser is Michael J Rorwick. I did my research and was able to verify that he has been an appraiser since 2004 and is very knowledgeable about his work. He is also very reasonable and takes the time to explain things. The quality that I appreciated the most is that he is honest. If he is not 100% on something, he simply tells you so and refers you to the correct resources to answer your questions.
