American only product line. Having an extensive background in hardwood flooring itself, I followed an outline of what many are looking for. Tops on the list was creating a high quality product made by Americans in America. Over the two year planning stage, I looked inward to our country as a source for materials, visiting and contacting many mills that manufacture hardwood flooring.
Authentic American consists of seven American natural hardwoods presenting different appearances from consistent color tones to mild character. Surface feel and appearance is smooth. Eight light wire brushed mild character Hickory in seven colors with three smooth finished clear grades. Country Lifestyle is a mild contoured scraped hardwood with thirteen Hickories and one American Walnut.
Today many of us look at new hardwood floors like that of the fine furniture in the home. Unfortunately many builders or job supervisors aren't familiar with when or how they should be installed. Hardwood floors require exceptions during the construction process and should not be rushed to please production schedules.
We only offer stair accessories, baseboard, shoe molding and other millwork to buyers of at least 500 square feet of hardwood flooring. Your product is custom made once an order is established. Presently the time to receive our prefinished hardwoods after an order is placed is running 5-6 weeks. Country Lifestyle hardwoods may run a bit longer depending on demand.

We purchased 825 sq. ft. of Uptown Floor’s Rusty Charm Rocky Road engineered hardwood flooring. All of the carpeting in the house was replaced with this wood. Ken was very helpful in the purchase process and answered all of my questions and concerns. I chose the clear white oak lightly brushed finish. The installers complimented the quality of the engineered hardwood when they finished on the last day. My wife and I could not be happier with the floor - it is beautiful. We are recommending Uptown Floors to our friends and neighbors.

Excellent product my installation Of 1,400 sf went Like clockwork. I’ve installed lots of hardwood flooring and the product went together very well. We went with a natural finish, some boards had gray streaks likely due to the time the tree fell to when it was milled, but they worked fine for the closets. We also have radiant floor heating throughout. Good customer service and kept to the schedule we agreed on. I would strongly suggest being there for the delivery as the driver was more than willing to just dump the boxes 10’ off the road and drive down the road !! I have an F150 I used as

We worked with Ken to find the perfect color hardwood floors for our renovation (1400sf). We selected a custom color since I wanted a warm grayish/brown tone. He sent us samples of different boards with and without character and some with the knots filled and some without. This was really valuable for us in selecting the exact look we wanted. The floorboards are such remarkable quality. We had several installers ask where we got the floors from because they were amazed by the high quality. We installed the floors ourselves and were so please at how precise each board was. The finish is so beautiful

Ken at Uptown Floors is AMAZING! I was searching for an ash, unfinished engineered flooring to match my current flooring. I contacted Uptown Floors via email and Ken called me back promptly.
Ken was so extremely helpful and knowledgable. He told me the name of my flooring and the manufacturer after just seeing a picture. This flooring was made like 10 years ago so for someone to have that knowledge and recall was astounding!!
He not only referred me to the manufacturer but gave me their number! It was not a product he sold so he did not have to do that. He could have tried to sell me something

Purchased hickory Spring Meadow from Ken @ Uptown Floors recently. Ken was extremely helpful; making sure correct amount of flooring was order, ensuring that I had correct treads and risers for the steps, etc. I was a little unsure about ordering flooring online given the cost and not able to see the quality of wood/milling before hand but speaking with Ken and reading the reviews about his company I went and purchased 1300 sq. of flooring. Took about 8 weeks to arrive. During installation of flooring my installer mentioned he was very impressed with the quality of the flooring. He stated the milling

We just had our wood floors installed.. and let me just say WOW!!! I am thrilled! We chose the cool Veranda in multi width... they look sooo good! Very happy with my purchase.. brown and gray tones are in the wood and it give's just the right touch of modern feel! We couldn't be happier.. I'm looking forward on saving my money for my other rooms! These are the nicest wood floors . The communication with Ken was great, always kept us in the loop with everything! I highly recommend anyone that is hesitating... go for it.. you won't be disappointed!
