Do not use Charles White for any legal work!!! We were referred to Charles by a local surveyor for work on subdividing our property. During the entire meeting he looked at me with a confused look on his face (I have an advanced degree, so I'm pretty sure I was talking clearly). When Charles pulled out a ruler, pencil and paper to plot my property instead of using the county's website, I knew he was not the attorney we needed. Finally, we called the surveyor who eventually set him straight and explained what we needed and why. We left the office and after 4-5 weeks of unreturned phone calls to tell
