I had a three-view x-ray of my foot and I was never shown the results during my visit. It’s as if they were never taken. Moreover, the "doctor" did not speak to the findings of the x-rays nor offer any information that would be helpful to alleviate a painful and constant discomfort in my right foot. Not the kind of care one would expect. Truly distressing.

Do not use this provider, I was contacted by a collection agency in regards to an outstanding bill with this provider. I have no knowledge of this provider at all, but what I can see is that there are six (6!) out of 40 total reviews mentioning in-practical or fraudulent billing practices.
Clearly this constitutes a pattern.

My experience with this office has been, good, caring treatment from Dr. Melillo. Unfortunately there is a breakdown in communication between his office staff and patient. Last fall I had a procedure done in Newberg at the request of Dr. Melillo. Never heard back what my results were. After two weeks I started calling asking what my results were, after several calls and promises to call back with results, after at lest a month I made an appointment hoping to find out the results. All this time in pain.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Melillo! We were referred to him by our pediatrician and our daughter couldn’t have been in better hands. He was so patient at our appointments, gave us opportunities to ask questions, and educated us on our treatment options. Before our daughter’s surgery, he walked us through what to expect step-by-step so that we were comfortable with the entire process. Bottom line, he is a very skilled surgeon whom we trust 100%. Dr. Melillo was amazing. He listened to all my concerns, was very gentle and explained everything in detail in ways that put me at ease. My physical therapist commented on how great my scars looked and that my surgeon did an excellent job. This was my first broken bone and first surgery and I was terrified but the pain was minimal and now you can hardly see my scars. I would highly recommend Dr. Melillo.

I visited This office for the first time with Dr. Surrat seven weeks ago, the visit went well after 5 mos waiting for this appointment. I made a mold for my orthodontics at the end of my appointment. I was told it would take one week to get approval by insurance and then three weeks to make this orthodontics. In less than one week I got a call and informed the insurance will not cover n asked would I like to pay out of my own pocket. I replied yes and waited patiently for six weeks. I have been a patient of Dr. Surratt for over ten years (I inherited bad feet from my mother!) I've appreciated his thoughtful approach to my foot care. He explains his course of care thoroughly each time I visit, and understands my needs as a patient. When surgery was unavoidable, he and his staff provided excellent care from pre-op to post-op (the surgery center where he does his work is outstanding). Can I put 10 stars? This clinic is SO superb and has consistently provided service above and beyond. Dr. Surratt is amazing. I had a pretty major foot surgery and he fully prepared me for the process, I was well informed of the recovery process and time frame. He has a very calming bedside manor and, let me tell you, I was nervous. He put me right at ease. Then the recovery was great. He is very courteous, professional and informative. All of the staff there is great too. As is the physical therapists. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. They have surpassed my every expectation!
