At Performance Sport & Spine, we believe in treating the underlying cause of your injury, not just the symptom(s). Our goal is to get you up and moving as quickly as possible with a combination of chiropractic adjusting and soft tissue work. Whether it is low back, neck or joint pain caused on the football field, a car accident or simply an overuse issue from sitting at a desk all day, recovery from all of these conditions is greatly enhanced by personalized, state-of-the-art care.
Services
At Performance Sport & Spine we do things a little differently, our goal is to get you FIXED, and out of pain as quickly as possible. Whether your experiencing pain training for a triathlon or picking up your kids, we get you back to the activities you love! Your first appointment with the doctor will be an hour long, where we take the time to get to know you and your condition.
At Performance Sport & Spine we take a unique approach to conservative care. We facilitate healing through a combination of movement science and manual therapy while utilizing an integrated approach that combines both tradition and non-traditional chiropractic treatment. Though it may seem counter-intuitive, the painful area is often not the source of the problem.
Chiropractic is a field of science devoted to the human body and the health and long term well-being of the individual through conservative, non-harmful treatments. One highly refined and specialized skill is manual adjustments, which are used to restore proper function, alignment and/or biomechanical motion to the body's bone-on-bone articulations.
ART is a patented, state-of-the-art movement-based soft tissue manual therapy and massage used for treating muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Unlike traditional static compression manual therapies, ART is a dynamic therapy that utilizes the body's natural muscular movement, allowing the patients to see more significant and permanent results.
These 6 distinct plastic instrument-assisted soft tissue instruments are similar to those used in the Graston Technique; however they are more ergonomic for the practitioner and less painful for the patient. Based on literature and years of clinical research these tools have been found to be the gold standard in treating long term conditions or problems.

I have been dealing with some hip discomfort and I am already seeing improvement since my first session with Zach. He assessed my hip and gave me confidence in strengthening my hip through a variety of simple strengthening exercises. The best part is he immediately provided videos of each of the exercises and variations based on level of strength. Huge thanks to Zach for ensuring me I can regain the strength back in my hip!

I had put off going to a chiropractor for years, though I'm not exactly sure why. Maybe it was the myth that they weren't real doctors, and thus, could make matters worse than they already were. Well, it's safe to say I was very wrong, and Zach did wonders. The thing I appreciated most was Zach's upfront, no frills approach to care. Does it hurt when you do this? Then try this instead. Does it feel better when you do that? Good, do it more often! While he did regular adjustments, Zach gave me all the information and tools I needed to keep things under control on my own. He never tried to upsell

I saw Zach for a new issue with my knee. I'm an existing patient, and keep coming back based on his genuine, competent, and honest approach to his practice. He is appropriately curious, interested in helping, a great communicator, and has consistently helped me deal with a range of back, neck, and knee issues.

I saw Zach for two sports injuries over the past two years. Zach was very professional in listening to and understanding the causes of those injuries, and came up with detailed treatment plans and exercises for recovery. In both cases the treatment went very well and I was able to recover much faster than expected! With his suggestions I was not only able to recover fast, but also return to competitive sports without any recurrence issues afterwards. I highly recommend Zach to those who need help due to sports injuries and chronic pains. Thank you, Zach!

A+ Chiropractor.
I went to Dr.Zach with severe lower back pain from lifting heavy weights; I wasn't able to walk or sit.
Dr. Zach promptly figured the root cause and suggested corrections for long term rehabilitation. It has been 3 months and I haven't exeperienced any pain since.
Instead of short term treatments, he genuinely focuses on long term recovery & performance.
His youtube videos are also very helpful.

I have consulted Dr. Zach multiple times over last few years and he has always been able to treat the pain and discomfort to almost 0/10. And this was after I had been to couple of physiotherapists and all sorts of crazy treatments that made the treatment sound more scary than the pain itself! Dr Zach has been very patient while coaching me with exercises, and very flexible for appointments. I appreciate his patience and his balanced strategy of in-home vs in-clinic exercises. While its hard to promise a timeline for the pain to go away, he always seem to have a good estimate of how long would

Dr. Greenwade is one of a kind doctor that does look at issues holistically and focus on long term rehabilitation. I really like the method he is using which is expectation management on top of physical rehab. I believe this is key to chronic pain/injury because a lot of people expect instant fix which is not possible at all. I have a 15 year old shoulder injury that had spread over to neck, arm, and back pain. I had been seen by Sport Injury doctors, MRI scanned, dozens of physical therapy, and everyone was basically saying "you're fine, nothing to worry about". And obviously I was in a lot of

Arrived in tears and swearing, extremely unhappy with my knee/hamstring issue that had been going on for 6 months, affecting my ability to sleep, ability to do Zumba--I couldn't even go down the stairs. I had been to see physicians, orthopedists, even gotten an MRI with no straight answers. Zach was the rational, research-based guidance that I needed. He gave me exercises tailored each week to what I like to do, instead of a standard handout such as you get most places. He taught me a lot about pain, what it does mean, and what it does not, and how to stay within the boundaries of improving while

A great medical professional.
Zach is one of the best medical providers I've ever worked with. In addition to taking care of my back, he's helping me put together a program to get stronger on my left side, which has grown weaker from years of compensation due to a left knee injury. I'm feeling incredibly more balanced and stronger in just 6 weeks!!!
Zach is a straight shooter who knows his chiropractic stuff but is willing and ready to offer solutions that can get you back to overall great health and keep you that way for the long term. He'll want you to do your part, but if you're ready, he
