The customer service was adequate. Staff was not as helpful as my past visits
I must have come on bad day.

Im a woman who does not know alot about fixing stuff. I can say that everyone who works here has been phenomenal. I am grateful for all the assistance I have received here.

Every time I go to either the Ben Holt Ace or the Country Club location the customer service is top notch. Today I went to Ben Holt and John took me exactly to the spot to find a 1/2 cover for my sprinkler head. This is especially good considering the wall of options. I drive further away, past Home Depot to go there and will continue to do so. The customer service is way better! Keep up the good work. You are Aces in my book!

This is my first Yelp review, I have obviously had numerous great and not so great experiences at restaurants, stores, and other businesses over the years and of course I use Yelp all the time, however my experience today at Ace made me want to write a review.

There was nothing over the top - However in comparison to shopping at Home Depot and Lowes (where I feel like employees avoid eye contact to avoid helping) this was so much better. I received help from the paint dept and the man who helped me was knowledgable and super efficient! I walked over to make a key while waiting for my paint and

I believe Abby was helping me out on with some hardware. I wasn't able to find the exact pieces I need but she did help me out and went above and beyond. Great customer service.

I purchased a 4 foot folding table.it was on sale when I purchased it. Love the table very sturdy. Great for my lives on Facebook. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually went back to the store and got another table. I should have bought more for the sale price. They were easy to set up in my room to hold my merchandise. Can’t wait for another sale.

Great to have a smaller hardware store that can help you find things & know where and what those things are. Sure beats the bigger stores!! My go to place!!

Handyman service deserves praises.

I have tried many handyman services on yelp before with very mixed results. Some of the ones I used (with high yelp reviews) didn't know what they were doing at all. Frustrated. I asked my friends around, and someone recommended Stockton Ace Hardware to me. I have used them two times. I am happy with the result. I wished I discovered them sooner. Professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Exactly what you want from a handyman service.

We had a leaky faucet in our bathroom that my husband and I tried to fix ourselves but couldn't. I submitted a request for a handyman on Friday and received a call back in a very short time. Andrew came to our house on Monday and had the faucet fixed, cleaned up the area and was very pleasant. I would recommend Andrew and Ace very highly.

Always on top of things, very helpful and polite staff. Terry is great he answers all questions on the lawn care equipment and saws. This store is way better than Lowe's or Home Depot.

So my day started off horrible i got a job to finish an my new chainsaw just lost a bolt TERRY one of the best i seen to the rescue he did a amazing job fixing an helping us get things back in order we were delayed 40 min nonetheless he got us back on track thanks TERRY AN ACE for going above an beyond for us over at California grown lawn care !!!

Jim and James of Stockton Ace Benjamin Holt, replaced my large window pane. They were very professional and courteous. They left the area spotless. I could tell right of the bat, that they could handle the job. The price was very competitive as well. I am a return customer and will be back again and again.

First off I've been a client of ace for a long time i have never had issues with any of their Franchises. But today i went and purchased a few items this morning went to return the UNUSED in pristine condition the owners son began by yelling at me that he wouldn't return my "tool" it was a ladder completely in its original packaging i explained to him how we purchased a few items and bought this in case we needed it. He continued to yell at me that he wouldn't do it he just wouldn't do it. I'm very sympathetic to businesses as i am a business owner but the owners

Always happy at Stockton Ace. Not only is the staff nice and helpful, I enjoy that I can usually find what I want (at a small neighborhood store) without having to deal with the uselessness of Home Depot staff. Also, this store provides high class "Handyman" work.

I love this place... a great family owned business with people that care about the customer and try to do right by them. I would highly recommend this place. They also do a great job on repairs

For my kitchen remodel I purchased all my paint and some of my painting supplies here. I liked that the staff seemed more knowledgeable than what I experienced with Lowes staff...it once took me 30 minutes to get a sample at Lowes! WTH??? But at Ace I was able to find Benjamin Moore paint in all 3 colors I needed and it was mixed quickly and correctly. The paint itself was slightly pricey but I didn't have to run all over town trying to find what I wanted either.

I wish they had a bigger selection of supplies (they don't carry multi packs of drop cloths) but I would definitely continue

Wish I could give this location ZERO stars. No one greets you when you come in or even acknowledges you're alive until you start looking at expensive grills with the intention to buy. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere.

I feel bad that I tend to forget about this place. Its like my mind is programmed to head straight for home depot, but this time I was in a rush and I did not want to deal with the lines at home depot. So, I called and they picked up right away... (no robot with 50 different options) I explained what I was looking for and they check the qty right away and had it waiting for me at the front desk. The person at the front desk knew exactly what I was using it for and even gave me some tips and tricks...... I love that kind of service. I know that ill keep coming back now. We need to do what we can

This hardware store is tight and loaded with most everything you'll need. I prefer to go here rather than a large box store. If I have a question, help is easily found and courteous. Home repair services are offered.

I didn't realize that Ace Hardwear did home repairs and handyman jobs which I used to clean my gutters. The work was done well and Tony (the handyman) did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The project was done promptly and professionally.

Ace Hardware on Ben Holt is my go-to handyman service from now on out.

I cannot say enough about this place! If there were 10 stars I would give it. My husband were in Stockton this week helping my Mom with some things around the house. Everything we needed Ace had. They replaced wheels on a screen door and re screened it. The Guy in this department had it done in an hour. They gave us the name of a Guy who did large item pick up. Their staff is super knowledgeable in any need we had. They even have a freezer up front where they sell delicious pies. If you don't need any home repairs just go in for the pies!

Excellent small-town service. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable help. We were greeted as we walked in and quickly were taken to the spot in the store where the item we needed was located. Ace Hardware is a great part of our Lincoln community.

I've been going to this Ace for quite sometime now. Things have changed dramatically for the better.
I can truly recommend this store as the customer service is now top notch.
