We were long time, happy customers of Bidlake Agency when we left purely for financial reasons. Be careful what you wish for. Although our newer insurance company was a lower cost, customer service was poor at best. We're now back with Bidlake Agency again where we have great coverage at a competitive rate. Our new agent, Barb Donahue, is a gem.

I had a really negative experience I want to share. I've been doing business with the Bidlake Agency for over 15 years. I moved to a new address almost a year ago and went in to update my address. A few months later I get a call from Bidlake saying my account has been canceled due to none payment, so I go in to pay the bill and get my insurance reinstated. I find out that the mailing address is not correct, so I updated the information for a second time and pay the balance. Out of sight out of mind I guess, a few days ago I received a packet from Bidlake Agency with returned bills. Again bills
