My wife has an HP Laser Jet printer HP1320. It is an older model but it is the best printer ever. That is, until just a few days ago when it started printing poorly. We called the Gem team and within one hour they were able to get the HP up and running! If I need help in the future, I will call them in a heart beat.

I reached Gem Laser Express by calling US Laser. They made a house call (home office) to repair my LJ 2300dn printer. Eddie (the technician) worked on it, but needed to take it back to the office. The printer was an old model and parts were impossible to find, so I worked with Alan to find a new one (LJ 501Mdn) to replace it. The charge for the service call was waived and there was no delivery charge for the new printer. Everyone at Gem with whom I had contact was professional and courteous. They have a great team, and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Gem Laser. They are responsive, competent and will come to your house to fix your printer or take it back to their shop to repair. Alan, the manager and Steve the technician are extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I had a difficult situation with my printer and router and they kept working on the problem until it was completely resolved. I cannot recommend this company enough!

There is nothing more frustrating than to have a printer crash, usually right when you need it the most. But it is even more costly when a box store wants to send it out or can't repair it at all. That's where I feel GEM / Laser express shines. They stayed open late so I could drop off my color laser printer, gave me an estimate lower than most, and had it fixed and ready to go the next day.
