Regina gave me an amazing massage. She is very professional and communicates very well. She walked me through my massage telling me what she was doing and why. She specializes in sciatica nerve pain. This is where I needed her help, and she did it quite well. The place is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back.

Visited today as an anniversary gift from my husband - I've been asking for a massage for months! Six weeks post partum and have had headaches, neck aches and back pain from late nights with a newborn - not to mention sciatic pain leftover from pregnancy. Regina was super nice and knowledgeable, found my problem spots and got to work on them and I'm sore but feel so much better after just 1 visit. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

To say the LEAST. Regina was extremely helpful and sweet. She was able to help with all my needs while educating me on how to better take better care of my body. I would easily recommend her. I've seen a number of massage therapists through the years due to chronic pain in my head neck and shoulders. Regina is the best. She combines a combination of massage modalities to provide the relief I need in order to function. She is not only knowledgeable and competent, but also very personable. My experience in the past is most therapists are one or the other but not both. One other bonus, her prices are the most reasonable in town for a trained massage therapist.

This was my second visit. The first time my neck was having issues and I was referred to see Regina at Hands of an Angel. I felt so much better after that visit. I was able to turn my head both ways without pain. While there she noticed my shoulders were very tight. I was have pain in my shoulders due to stress so I booked another appointment. So glad I did. I'm feeling so much better. I'm not slumping. My shoulders are open as they should be. Thank you Regina!!

For years I was in pain - sciatica, lower back and IT band problems. I did everything I could think of - acupuncture, chiropractic, stretching, injections from an orthopedic surgeon. They all helped somewhat, but I still had consistent pain. Then my husband convinced me to try Regina, who he had gone to at the physical therapy practice by Grossmont Hospital. Between Regina working on my back and legs, and my continued stretching - I feel like I can function like a normal

Regina is a terrific therapist! I have had an ongoing history of lower back and sciatica issues and she was able to calm both. She is both intuitive and attentive, combining a mix of modalities to relax and refresh during her sessions. Her studio is well appointed and comfortable and she provides non-greasy massage lotion along with a variety of topical treatments that accentuate the massage experience and aid in recovery.
She finishes the treatment by rubbing off any residual lotion and offers you a choice of chilled or room temperature bottled water.
