Had a massage with Chacha. She was amazing. This was not a typical massage. She asked if I was ok with stretching and away she went. Throughout the massage she would asked if pressure or stretching was ok. She also pointed out certain problem areas with my tight muscles. I will definitely be going back to her.

VERY clean and professional facility. I saw Anette today for a massage. She is very thorough and great at keeping an open line of communication, suggesting things that will improve your overall health and recovery (toxin removal) time after a massage. I have multiple medical conditions that aren't well known in the medical community. She asked multiple questions to understand to the best of her ability and expressed to me that she would like to look into my medical conditions on her own time so she can cater to my specific health needs and further educate herself on what would be best effective

Joe is a highly educated massage therapist. The rooms are clean and neat. His prices although not cheap are reasonable. He knows many types of therapy, but I gave him free reign as to type to work on injured areas as he felt best. In the 5 visits he has improved my posture and range of motion reducing pain. I would recommend him.

First let me start by saying, how awesome this healing center and the staff is! I woke up one Saturday in soo much pain from my back I couldn't move. I called many places during the middle of the Covid lockdown, to no avail.
Joel's clinic was the only place that actually called me back--. I went in for acupuncture and massage. Teresa, has soo much talent and is amazing at treating sport and/or work related injuries, with Acupuncture, and holistic approaches...
In addition Joel's Clinic accepts VA medical and other insurances --
4 months later, my body is feeling a lot better,

My husband had a knee problem. He limped when he walked and it was swollen and painful. He went to physical therapy with Kaiser and would see TJ on a weekly basis for acupuncture. He is now walking with out a limp and no longer needs physical therapy. The results from every acupuncture therapy with TJ were noticable. We ar e grateful for the work TJ did on his knee.

Today was my first time and I was so impressed with every aspect from being so accomodating with my schedule to the amazing massage therapist, Coleen. I do believe this is the best massage I have ever had! Collen was so knowledgable and explained every aspect ahead of time and used the best smelling essential oils and creams. Poor customer service. I wouldn't go there even if it was free. They treated me poorly and told me never have business with them. Wonderful staff all around! Went there for pain radiating into my arm. Had a referral from my doctor and they accepted my insurance without difficulties. They are great about scheduling appointments and even send a reminder text the day before! My acupuncturist Alisa Galvan did wonders for me. I'm kind of sad that the pain is gone! I highly recommend this place!!!

Had another bad exacerbation of neck pain causing very limited range of motion, radiating pain to my arm and a great deal of discomfort (pain). I had to leave work and went straight to urgent care. I also got in contact with Joel for a holistic treatment. This time I saw Steve Sterling. During this exacerbation I was treated with numbing shots to the trigger points, massage, chiropractic, meds (painkillers, steroids, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories) and I can say with certainty that Steve's treatment most significantly contributed to relief! I have been going here for acupuncture with Jane Mergens for few years now. I started going to treat nerve pain which I lived with constantly. I am now mostly pain free. I continue to go regularly and Jane addresses any current aches and pains. The office is very relaxing and Jane is a very knowledgeable, wonderful caring person. I've been trying craft the ideal words to best describe how amazing their massage therapist, Colleen, has been to me. But honestly, all I can say is she is amazing, empathetic, and optimally effective. Very in tune with every kink in my body and how I am feeling during the massage. I am very thankful I came across this clinic. I come from poway, and the drive is ALWAYS worth it. They are a very accommodating clinic and always quick to respond to your inquiries. Having migraines for almost 15 years has been very stressful and hard to control until I started my treatments at Joel's massage and holistic center. Steve has really been wonderful at helping me manage my very frequent migraines. When I first started coming I was having them a couple times a week and after a few treatments I went almost 6 weeks without one! I was totally shocked at how well acupuncture could work. Steve has made things a lot more manageable for my busy mommy life of 2. Its not always a 6 week gap sometimes its 2 or 3 that I can go without one now but the best part about this

Our little baby was sick with a cold, It was a Saturday, it was already after hours, the place was closed and I called, spoke to Joel on the phone and they happened to be close by and came back to help our little 1 year old baby who was congested and kept waking up every hour at night, we couldn't stand seeing our baby like that, she put some essential oils on him which did help at night but was still waking up at night crying, I called her the next morning and she did some cupping on him, that same night he was back to his old self, playing and laughing again, we are forever grateful for
