In 1970, the not-for-profit WEA Trust was founded by the Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC). Well known for high-touch, personalized customer service, WEA Trust serves Wisconsin public employers, their staff and families throughout the state. In 2018, WEA Trust acquired another Wisconsin-based health plan, Health Tradition, in order to serve both public and private employees in the state.
Today, NeuGen supports both health insurance companies in addition to providing medical management and administrative services to other healthcare companies. Here at NeuGen, we are passionate about helping and giving back to our community. We are honored to be a Foundation for Madison Public Schools Adopt-a-School participant and look forward to spending time with, volunteering and donating to our school, Nuestro Mundo, each year.

The worst company I have ever worked for. Ineffective management team and CEO that look out for themselves and do not value employees. Constant hiring, then firing employees when goals from Management are not being met. If you decide to work here, expect little support and have a backup plan in place. Horrible work environment and culture. Watch your back and trust your instincts!

I am very happy and grateful, earning an opportunity to start at NeuGen about 9 months ago. Everything has been very smooth from start of hiring process. Leadership cares and communicates often, promotes a safe and comfortable work environment. This was put to test in this pandemic. The whole company worked together to get prepared and get all employees sent home very quickly with laptops, two monitors, etc. to work effectively from home. Pay and benefits are generous. Work/life balance is very accommodating. You better be ready to pitch in, wear some extra hats and participate in company events
