Great customer service! Went in to buy a gold chain but wanted a certain length. Staff went out of their way to find the right style I wanted and then custom cut it to fit the way I wanted it at a 17 inch length. The price was reasonable and the best part was it was done while I waited, only about 45 minutes. Very happy with purchase and would recommend this store.

Great experience. Went in late on a Saturday night before closing with my fiancé to pick out a new ring. Took longer than expected but the staff did everything in their power to make sure we walked out with the certain ring we wanted and financing . If you have borderline credit this is the place to go .

My daughter and I went to Waldin Jewelers tonight around 6 PM. Asked an employee if they if if they had any Star of David necklaces. This woman looked at is with shock and disgust and said 'I have no idea what you're talking about '. Not quite sure if this is ignorance or anti-Semitism. Appalled. Will never go back. Just called them out on social media.

I bought a beautiful rose gold stackable ring with 5 tiny diamonds in it. It is so pretty! Eventually I will go back and buy one or two more since they look really cool when you wear a few together. I went to Waldin because they had a bunch of ring options and they were super affordable. I paid about $200 for this ring and I think for what it is - that is a great price. I also found Beth, the salesperson to be helpful but not pushy at all. I like that this is not a big brand. My fiance and I were looking for our wedding bands when we decided to visit the jewelry stores at the mall. Waldin is the second store we went. We decided to buy our rings there for the following reasons: personal and professional customer service (Kaya and Sonia were knowledgeable, funny, and not pushy), selection (my fiance picked a ring that we haven't seen in other catalogs and stores), in-house re-sizing and repairs ( we didn't have to wait weeks for our rings to get re-sized), and price (we believe we got a good deal along with interest free financing). I must say this was the most wonderful experience at a jewelry store EVER!! Sam listened to everything we said and worked with us to keep the price within our budget!!
